Darin Anderson runs Label First Guide. The name is the rule: read the label first, then decide. This site reads Momentous’s product labels and the information Momentous publishes, and lays it out in plain English so you can decide for yourself what fits your routine.
It’s a small, independent site written for active adults: people who lift, run, ride, hike or just want a simple, sensible routine.

- No disease claims. Supplements aren’t medicine, and nothing here is medical advice.
- No fake reviews, testimonials or results. If I share my own experience, I’ll label it clearly.
